Instructions
- Combine the savory filling—chicken or shrimp, cheese, and Cajun seasoning—until evenly coated.
- Place an egg roll wrapper flat and add a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold the sides and roll upwards, sealing with water.
