Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×5 inch loaf pan well.
- Combine the mashed bananas and melted butter until the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the sugar, then add the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
- Blend in the baking soda and pinch of salt, mixing thoroughly.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
- Divide the batter into several bowls, adding food colors to each.
- Spoon the colored batters into the loaf pan in alternating layers.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Whisk together the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the cooled loaf, topping with rainbow sprinkles.
