Description

A vibrant and refreshing Tropical Fruit Salad combining pineapple, mango, strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries, lightly dressed with lime juice and honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries.
  2. Drizzle lime juice and honey (if using) over the fruit mixture.
  3. Gently toss until all the fruits are well-coated.
  4. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but you can prepare the fruit the night before without the lime juice and honey. Avoid overly ripe fruits and maintain consistent cutting sizes for best results.
