Description

Rich and creamy Tortellini Alfredo featuring tender pasta, a luxurious sauce, and crisp-tender broccoli for a perfect comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz tortellini, cheese or meat-filled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grilled chicken, steak, or seafood (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foamy.
  3. Add the heavy cream and stir gently until it simmers and thickens.
  4. Incorporate the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted into the cream.
  5. Cook the broccoli florets in the sauce for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine the tortellini with the Alfredo sauce, ensuring even coverage.
  8. Serve with optional grilled chicken, steak, or seafood if desired.

Notes

Add a splash of cream when reheating to restore the sauce’s consistency. Freshly grated cheese works best for melting.
