- 10 Soft Corn Tortillas
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 1 cup Salsa (verde or roja)
- 1/2 cup Pineapple (optional)
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions
- Marinate the Pork: In a large mixing bowl, massage the pork shoulder with cumin, paprika, chili powder, lime juice, and salt until well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- Grill the Pork: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated pork on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let it Rest: Once done, remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes to retain moisture.
- Slice the Pork: After resting, slice the pork into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat the tortillas on the grill for 20-30 seconds per side until warm.
- Assemble the Tacos: Place a generous portion of sliced pork on each tortilla, then top with diced onions, cilantro, and your choice of salsa.
- Serve & Enjoy: Present your tacos with lime wedges and extra salsa on the side.
Notes
Make sure to marinate the pork for the best flavor. You can customize with different toppings like avocado or jalapeños.
