Description

A delightful fusion of taco flavors and spaghetti, topped with gooey melted cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables (bell peppers, corn, zucchini)
  • 1 Cup Creamy Cheese Sauce
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack)
  • Taco Seasoning to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning, mixed vegetables, and black beans; cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the creamy cheese sauce until well combined.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the meat mixture.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
