- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack)
- Taco Seasoning to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, mixed vegetables, and black beans; cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the creamy cheese sauce until well combined.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the meat mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
