Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup pico de gallo
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth, pausing occasionally to scrape down the sides.
- Once blended, gently stir in the pico de gallo and cilantro for added texture.
- To finish, drizzle olive oil over the top and serve with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
