- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the mashed sweet potato, sugar, milk, and half of the melted butter in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
- Prepare the baking dish by pouring the remaining melted butter into it.
- Scoop the biscuit dough into the prepared dish, leaving space between scoops.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, enjoying the buttery aroma and flavor.

For a dairy-free version, substitute melted butter with coconut oil and use plant-based milk.
