Description

Delicious stuffed chicken breasts filled with spinach and creamy cheeses, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by mixing spinach, garlic, cream cheese, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff each chicken breast by creating a pocket and filling it with the spinach mixture.
  4. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, allowing to rest before slicing.

Notes

You can customize the filling with additional ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes or different cheeses. Serve with roasted vegetables or a salad.
