- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling by mixing spinach, garlic, cream cheese, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast by creating a pocket and filling it with the spinach mixture.
- Sear the stuffed chicken breasts in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot, allowing to rest before slicing.
Notes
You can customize the filling with additional ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes or different cheeses. Serve with roasted vegetables or a salad.
