Description

A cozy, portable treat that embodies the nostalgic flavors of classic s’mores wrapped in a crispy tortilla.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. In the center of the tortilla, sprinkle the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
  4. Fold the tortilla over the filling to create a sealed wrap.
  5. Melt butter in the skillet and coat the bottom.
  6. Place the wrapped tortilla seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Remove from the skillet and allow to cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

For variations, try using dark chocolate or adding sliced fruits. Make-ahead options include pre-preparing filling ingredients.
