Description

Delicious bars featuring a rich, gooey layer of caramel, chocolate, and coconut on a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sea salt
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs until mixed.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  5. Layer shredded coconut over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the coconut.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
  9. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding nuts or spices. Ensure to use parchment paper for easy removal.
