  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden, then let it cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until combined.
  7. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
  8. Top with the drained crushed pineapple evenly.

Notes

These squares can be made a day in advance for enhanced flavor and texture. Ensure the pineapple is well-drained to prevent sogginess.
