Description

Deliciously crispy phyllo rolls filled with creamy feta cheese and drizzled with spicy chili honey, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 6 sheets Phyllo Pastry
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chili Honey
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (such as Parsley and Dill)
  • 1 cup Roasted Vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl, seasoning it lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo pastry and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place a handful of crumbled feta along one edge of the pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly around the cheese, tucking in the edges.
  6. Repeat the process with remaining ingredients.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Drizzle spicy chili honey just before serving.
  11. Serve warm with extra chili honey for dipping.

Notes

Keep phyllo pastry covered with a damp towel while working to prevent drying out. These rolls can be prepared a few hours in advance and refrigerated before baking.
