- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 6 sheets Phyllo Pastry
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Chili Honey
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (such as Parsley and Dill)
- 1 cup Roasted Vegetables (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl, seasoning it lightly with salt and pepper.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo pastry and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place a handful of crumbled feta along one edge of the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly around the cheese, tucking in the edges.
- Repeat the process with remaining ingredients.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle spicy chili honey just before serving.
- Serve warm with extra chili honey for dipping.
Notes
Keep phyllo pastry covered with a damp towel while working to prevent drying out. These rolls can be prepared a few hours in advance and refrigerated before baking.
