- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl until evenly combined.
- Pour in the buttermilk and melted butter, mixing gently with a rubber spatula until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
- Dust your work surface lightly with flour, then turn out the dough and shape it into approximately 12 rolls.
- Place the shaped rolls in the greased baking dish, cover with a kitchen towel, and let them rise for about 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before enjoying.
