Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and light.
- Add the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice. Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into 1-inch balls.
- Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs, chopped nuts, or melted chocolate for coating.
- Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour, then serve.
