Ingredients

- 1 package of cocktail sausages
- 1 package of refrigerated puff pastry (thawed)
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small rectangles, about 3×4 inches.
- Wrap a cocktail sausage onto each rectangle, roll it up snugly, and seal the edges by pinching them together.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and arrange the wrapped sausages on it evenly.
- Brush the tops of each pastry with the beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Whisk together honey and mustard in a small bowl for dipping.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make ahead by assembling and refrigerating for up to 24 hours before baking. Consider using air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for a quicker option.
