Description

A delightful dish featuring sweet maple-glazed chicken served over creamy coconut jasmine rice, perfect for cozy dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of maple syrup and soy sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice by combining jasmine rice, coconut milk, water, and salt in a pot, bringing it to a boil, reducing heat, and simmering for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
