- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread cream cheese on half of each tortilla.
- Add shredded cheese and jalapeños on top of the cream cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over to form a half-moon shape.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
