Description

Crispy jalapeño popper quesadillas bursting with creamy cheese and spicy jalapeños, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread cream cheese on half of each tortilla.
  3. Add shredded cheese and jalapeños on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to form a half-moon shape.
  5. Bake on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
