Description

Delicious Jalapeño Chicken Sliders packed with flavor and a delightful kick.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties, slightly smaller than the slider buns.
  5. Place the patties on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty inside a slider bun and serve hot.

Notes

For added heat, include more jalapeños or hot sauce. These sliders can be made ahead and stored in the fridge or freezer.
