Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, slightly smaller than the slider buns.
- Place the patties on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden.
- Assemble the sliders by placing each patty inside a slider bun and serve hot.
Notes
For added heat, include more jalapeños or hot sauce. These sliders can be made ahead and stored in the fridge or freezer.
