Description

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your chosen pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once ready, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Brown the Sausage: In a sizeable skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausage to the pan, cooking until golden brown and sizzling, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Whisk the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine: Pour the honey garlic mixture over your cooked sausage in the skillet, stirring well to coat the sausage evenly and allowing the sauce to bubble and thicken.
  5. Toss in Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, gently tossing everything together until the pasta is heated through, and the sauce envelops every nook and cranny.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top before serving.
