- 1 spiral sliced ham
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Cloves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Whisk together the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Place the spiral sliced ham cut-side down in a roasting pan.
- Brush the glaze over the entire surface of the ham.
- Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 15 minutes per pound.
- Remove the foil during the final 30 minutes to allow for caramelization.
- Insert cloves into the ham during the last half hour if using.
- Allow the ham to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Prepare the glaze a day in advance for convenience. Ensure the ham rests after cooking to keep it juicy.
