Description

A vibrant dish combining tender beef and crunchy broccoli in a savory sauce, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well-combined.
  3. Toss the thinly sliced beef into the marinade, ensuring each piece gets an ample coating; let sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the marinated beef and broccoli florets in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, stirring halfway through until beef is tender and broccoli is roasted.
  6. Serve the mixture over cooked rice, allowing the sauce to enhance each bite.

Notes

Make the marinade a day early for better flavor. Consider an air fryer for a crunchier texture.
