Description

A vibrant summer dish featuring succulent grilled chicken topped with a refreshing mango and avocado salsa.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the chicken by drizzling olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Make the mango avocado salsa by combining diced mango, avocado, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in a mixing bowl.
  5. Rest the chicken for a few minutes after grilling.
