- 1 bag Tortilla Chips
- 4 Tomatillos, roasted
- 2 Serrano Chiles, roasted
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 cup Queso Fresco, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Salsa Verde: Roast tomatillos and serrano chiles. Blend with cilantro, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
- Heat the Salsa: Pour the salsa into a skillet and warm over medium heat.
- Toss in the Tortilla Chips: Add tortilla chips to the skillet and gently mix to coat.
- Assemble and Garnish: Serve topped with avocado, queso fresco, and additional garnishes as desired.
