- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.
- Add the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese, then gently fold in the eggs.
- Mix in the minced garlic, chopped onions, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a prepared loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Make the meatloaf mixture a day in advance to enhance flavors. You can also use an air fryer for quicker cooking.
