A savory masterpiece combining the richness of ground beef and pork with garlic and Parmesan cheese, delivering a moist and flavorful meatloaf.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (lean, 80/20)
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (or dried parsley)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef and ground pork in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese, then gently fold in the eggs.
  4. Mix in the minced garlic, chopped onions, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a prepared loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best results, allow ingredients to come to room temperature before mixing. Enjoy with mashed potatoes and green vegetables.
