- 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Slice the bananas into one-inch thick rounds.
- Spread peanut butter on one slice, then top with another slice to make sandwiches.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sandwiches in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the sandwiches for approximately one hour.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate coat and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Return the baking sheet to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes.
Notes
