Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water for later.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute, until golden and fragrant.
- Cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the white wine or chicken broth along with lemon juice, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture, mixing well to coat.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
