A delightful dish of shrimp sautéed with garlic and butter, served over pasta, capturing the essence of coastal dining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces pasta (linguine or spaghetti)

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute, until golden and fragrant.
  4. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the white wine or chicken broth along with lemon juice, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture, mixing well to coat.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Make the shrimp and garlic ahead of time for a streamlined cooking experience. Pair with garlic bread or a Caesar salad for a complete meal.
