Description

A warm, comforting dish featuring layers of cheese ravioli, savory marinara sauce, and three types of cheese, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 9 ounces cheese ravioli
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning; let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Layer half of the cheese ravioli in a baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the meat sauce over the ravioli, followed by half of the ricotta cheese.
  6. Repeat with another layer of ravioli, meat sauce, and ricotta.
  7. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Assemble the dish a day in advance and store it in the fridge. For a crustier finish, consider using an air fryer.
