- 1 cup uncooked rice

Instructions
- Combine the ground beef and pork, uncooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs with lightly oiled hands.
- Brown the meatballs in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add marinara sauce over the browned meatballs, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs hot, drizzled with extra marinara sauce.
