Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Dredge the wings in the flour mixture.
- Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the wings in batches for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the wings on paper towels.
