Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Your favorite wings sauce (e.g., buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Fry the wings in batches for about 10 minutes.
  6. Drain the wings on paper towels.
  7. Double fry for an extra crunch if desired.
  8. Toss in your choice of sauce and serve hot.
