Ingredients

- 1 pound of beef (thinly sliced ribeye or ground beef)
- 1 package of cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups of bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 cup of provolone cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup of heavy cream or cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Add the beef to your slow cooker and top it with the sliced bell peppers and onion.
- Pour in the heavy cream or cream cheese, then stir gently until everything is well mixed and coated.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover the cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the cheese tortellini and shredded provolone cheese about 30 minutes before serving.
- Cook until the tortellini is heated through and the cheese has melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
