Description

Irresistibly tender beef sliders slow-cooked to perfection, topped with creamy cheddar cheese and served on fluffy slider buns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the beef chuck roast into your slow cooker, covering the bottom fully.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix generously over the roast.
  3. Carefully pour the beef broth around the roast.
  4. Set your slow cooker to low and cover, allowing it to cook for about 480 minutes until tender.
  5. After cooking, remove the roast and shred the beef using two forks.
  6. Serve the warm, shredded beef on slider buns, topping with cheddar cheese.
  7. Optional: Add sliced jalapeños for extra heat.

Notes

You can prepare the shredded beef a day in advance. Reheat gently before serving for an easy dinner. Customize toppings according to your preference.
