Description

Delightful crispy Reuben balls filled with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and cream cheese, perfect for appetizers or game day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup corned beef, chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Coat the balls by dipping them in beaten eggs and rolling them in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry the balls in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with extra Dijon mustard.
