- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Shape the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Coat the balls by dipping them in beaten eggs and rolling them in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the balls in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with extra Dijon mustard.
