Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until mixed.
- Press the mixture into a greased muffin tin to form crusts.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes or until lightly golden and cool completely.
- Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently with a spatula.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the cooled crusts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with toppings of choice before serving.
