Description

Delightful bite-sized cheesecake treats with a rich cream cheese filling and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • Chocolate or fruit toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased muffin tin to form crusts.
  4. Bake for 5–7 minutes or until lightly golden and cool completely.
  5. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped cream gently with a spatula.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the cooled crusts.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Garnish with toppings of choice before serving.
