Description

A delicious twist on the classic club sandwich, featuring pasta spirals mixed with turkey, ham, bacon, and fresh vegetables, all brought together with a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta spirals
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Dill pickles, red onion, Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta spirals according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the diced turkey, ham, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes, tossing gently to distribute the ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture, then toss everything until each component shines.
  5. Cover the salad and chill it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
