- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line your muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner, filling them one-third full.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Cover the peanut butter with more melted chocolate, filling the liners to the top.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
- Remove from the muffin tin and enjoy!
