A healthy and protein-packed twist on traditional pizza with a crispy chicken crust topped with pepperoni and gooey mozzarella.

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup additional shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined pizza pan, forming a thin layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
- Remove from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over the crust.
- Top your pizza with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, covering evenly.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Prepare the chicken crust in advance and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For quicker cooking, use an air fryer at 370°F for 10-12 minutes.
