Description

A cozy Chicken Bruschetta Casserole filled with shredded chicken, fresh tomatoes, and gooey cheese, perfect for comforting family meals or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, dried basil, and oregano in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded mozzarella until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently fold in cooked pasta if using.
