Description

A comforting Chicken Alfredo Bake filled with tender chicken, pasta, broccoli, and a creamy Alfredo sauce topped with crunchy breadcrumbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow cooling slightly before serving.

Notes
