- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or thyme), chopped
- 1 cup zesty marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
- Combine softened cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Slice a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast, ensuring not to cut through the other side.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cheesy mixture, ensuring it’s well-filled.
- Brush the outside of each stuffed chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad, drizzling with zesty marinara.
