Description

Delicious tater cones filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, topped with fresh ingredients for a delightful, crispy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or American)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Burger Toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions for your potato cones.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the cheese until melted.
  4. Fill each potato cone with the cheesy beef mixture.
  5. Top with your choice of toppings.
  6. Bake on a baking sheet as per potato cone instructions, about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a make-ahead option, prepare the beef mixture a day in advance and store in the fridge. Air frying is an alternative cooking method.
