Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Sauté until just browned, around 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart into small pieces with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Sauté the aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add your veggies: Toss in the shredded cabbage, sliced bell pepper, and julienned carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender yet slightly crunchy.
  4. Season to perfection: Pour in the soy sauce and drizzle the sesame oil over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together.
  5. Serve & enjoy: Dish out the stir fry hot, garnished with chopped scallions.
