Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or toffee bits
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cake pan by greasing it lightly.
  2. Mix the batter: In a large bowl, combine the cake flour, sugar, softened butter, milk, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Bake the cake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool down: Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
