Instructions
- Sauté the vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery; sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Cook the beef: Add ground beef; break apart and brown for 7-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the wine: Pour in red wine and simmer for a few minutes.
