Description

A decadent blend of creamy white chocolate and juicy blueberries, this fudge is an indulgent treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the Base: In your saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently until the mixture melts and becomes luxuriously smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add Flavor: Once melted, remove the pan from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until thoroughly combined.
  3. Incorporate Blueberries: Gently fold the blueberries into the mixture, taking care not to crush them too much.
  4. Spread Evenly: Pour the fudge mixture into your lined baking dish, spreading it evenly to create a smooth surface.
  5. Chill Out: Refrigerate the fudge for 120-180 minutes or until firm.
  6. Slice and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper. Cut it into squares and serve.

Notes

Make ahead and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can also freeze individual squares for longer storage.
