Instructions
- Mix the flour, sourdough starter, warm water, salt, and sugar until combined.

- Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla in a small bowl until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.

- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
