Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pretzel crust
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for blackberry topping)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 packet of gelatin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by crushing pretzels and mixing with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9×13-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Create the cream cheese layer by combining cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
