- 2 cups fresh blackberries

- 1 packet of gelatin (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust by crushing pretzels and mixing with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9×13-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Create the cream cheese layer by combining cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Prepare the blackberry topping by mixing blackberries, 1/4 cup sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. If using, dissolve gelatin in water and add to the mixture.
- Layer the blackberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve by cutting into squares and enjoy!
