  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the Peanut Butter and Honey: Combine peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-30 second intervals, stirring until creamy and smooth.
  2. Mix in the Protein Powder: Add protein powder, salt, and extract. Stir until a thick dough forms. Add milk if too dry.
  3. Fold in Sprinkles: Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles without breaking them.
  4. Scoop and Shape: Use a tablespoon to scoop and roll the mixture into balls.
  5. Prepare for Chilling: Line a plate with parchment paper and space the balls evenly.
