- 1/2 cup warm milk

Instructions
- Activate the yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
- Combine mixtures: Add the frothy yeast mixture to the banana mixture and stir to combine.
- Add dry ingredients: Gradually introduce flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- First rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a warm towel, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough: Punch the risen dough down and roll it out into a rectangle about 10×15 inches.
- Add filling: Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Roll up the dough tightly from the long side into a log.
- Cut into rolls: Cut the log into 12 rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Second rise: Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes as the oven preheats to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the glaze while rolls cool: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Serve and drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls.
